Start Up Football Program

A Whole new flag football Experience

This isn’t your average flag football league. At Next Level, we focus on developing real athletes, not just playing the game. Our Start Up program is designed to teach fundamentals, build confidence, and give young players the support they need to thrive on the field.

Who It's For: Beginners or young athletes ready to learn the game

Ages: 6-8 and 9-12

Season Dates:

WINTER: November - January

SPRING: February - April

SUMMER: May - July

Weekly Schedule:

Weeks 1–3:

2 practices per week (1 hour each OR 1 practice of 2 hours)

Weeks 4–12:

1 practice + 1 game each week (possibility of 2 games a week depending on number of teams)

Total Weekly Time: 2–3 hours on the field

Program Details:

Total Practice Hours: 14

Total Game Hours: 8–12

Monthly Cost: $139 | 3-Month Total: $417 (~$18.95/hour)
