Co-Ed Grass Volleyball League
Teams consist of 4 players: 2 women and 2 men. Each match includes four total sets, played on two different net heights to create a fun and dynamic format.
- Two sets on a women’s height net
- Women play front row
- Men play back row defense and set from the back row
- Two sets on a co-ed height net
- Men play front row and attack
- Women play back row defense and set from the back row
This unique format encourages teamwork, strategy, and balanced play, giving all athletes the opportunity to contribute in different roles throughout the match.
