TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Next Level Sports Center! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Use

  • Resources may be used only by customers who have read and agreed to these Terms.
  • Users under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • The resources are reserved for booked or walk in customers only.

2. Booking and Cancellation

  • Reservations are recommended and may be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • No-shows or cancellations will be charged the full booking fee.
  • Late arrivals will still need to end at their scheduled time.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to equipment maintenance or other operational reasons.

2A. Resource Bookings(e.g., golf suites, courts, turf, cages)

  • No-shows and cancellations will be charged the full booking fee.
  • Late arrivals will still be required to conclude their session at the originally scheduled end time.
  • If a customer is unable to attend their scheduled booking and provides notice 24 hours or more in advance, the booking may be rescheduled to a new date and time. This accommodation is permitted once per booking.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are not eligible for rescheduling and will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

2B. Programs(e.g., camps, clinics, drop-in events)

  • Program registrations are non-refundable, except in cases of documented medical necessity.
  • Game Plan registrations are required to be kept for 3 months without exception.
  • Play Your Way registrations are required to be kept for 3 months without exception.

2C. Memberships(e.g., Game Plan and Play Your Way)

  • Membership registrations are required to be kept for 3 months, without exception, for both Game Plan and Play Your Way.
  • Request for cancellations for Game Plan and Play Your Way must be sent through email – info@domesportscenter.com. This must be at minimum of 72 hours before their billing date.

3. Payment and Fees

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to the session.
  • We accept credit/debit card with a service fee. Please note: A processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. This fee is charged by the payment processor and does not apply to checks or cash.
  • All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Rules of Conduct

  • The facility does not permit substance use on the premises including, but not limited to, alcohol, marijuana, e-cigarettes.
  • Disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior may result in immediate removal and/or a ban from the facility.
  • Users must respect other guests and facility property.

 5. SMS Terms & Conditions

  • By voluntarily providing your phone number and explicitly opting in text messaging, you agree to receive text messages related to your participation in our facility. These messages may be related to your membership, facility schedules, program updates, weather-related closures, and other transactional notifications. We may also send occasional marketing messages about upcoming programs, events, promotions, or registration opportunities.
  • Message frequency varies, but subscribers can expect to receive up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Next Level Sports Center unless you re-subscribe.

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

  • Users participate at their own risk.
  • Next Level Sports Center is not responsible for injuries caused by user negligence, improper use of equipment, or interactions with others.
  • Users are financially responsible for any damage they cause to equipment, or property due to negligence or misuse.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We collect basic contact and usage information to process bookings and improve service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • Video surveillance may be used for safety and security purposes.

    * Photos may be taken and utilized in our marketing materials.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and/or at the facility.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kalamazoo County, MI.
