Daily Schedule & Flow

Our Winter Camp keeps things fresh, with activities rotating every 45 minutes. Campers move through sport stations, group challenges, and creative play — always engaged and learning.


  • Camp Hours: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm


  • Daily Breakdown:
  • Morning: sport rotations (softball, baseball, volleyball, pickleball, etc.)
  • Midday: team challenges, cooperative games, movement-based fun
  • Afternoon: creative/recreational time, free play, optional clinics



Sessions run Monday, December 22nd and Tuesday, December 23rd as well as Monday, December 29th and Tuesday, December 30th.

Camp Policies:

  • Drop-off window: 8:45 am to 9:00 am
  • Pick-up deadline: 4:00 pm (late pickup fee applies)
  • Midday re-entry: not permitted after 12:00 pm
  • Late arrivals may be denied entrance for that day
  • Behavior that jeopardizes safety or experience may lead to dismissal without refund

    • Nut-free cold lunch (no fridge access)

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.


  • Staff & Camper Ratios

    We ensure safety and quality with a minimum of 1 staff per 9 campers (often better). All staff are trained in child care, sports safety, and positive engagement.
